About Roger Greenaway Reviewing Skills Training "We were really happy to host two seminars with Roger in Denmark. One seminar on working with youth in the outdoors and one on outdoor management development. Rogerīs approach is new to many people here in Denmark and something that is really needed. Roger gives a really good introduction to new ideas and ways of working in a short time and our participants went home with lots of practical tools to be developed and used to suit their own work. Roger makes people think in new ways, something facilitators, teachers and all of us should do more often in order to improve our work. We were a little afraid of the language barrier, but as it turned out it was not a problem at all. Roger makes a great effort of showing people what he means and not just telling about it - that is a great strength. We think Roger could work with any language or culture without problems.
